Venita and I are officially home owners! Best part is- no moving involved!! It was a good deal for both Mother Bailey and us so we couldn't pass up the opportunity. At least now we'll see the rewards from all the renovations we've done.

We would proudly like to introduce the newest member of the family: Co6aka (Sabaka) Simmons. Born July 28, 2009 @ the Singleton Residence. We are thrilled to have Co6aka join our family and to officially be part of the Singleton family. Unfortunately, due to being born so small, Co6aka will not be able to join us at our home for a few more weeks. Until then we will be visiting him at the nursery on a regular basis.

4th of July Fun

We spent the 4th of July with the Wilsons in Rupert. We took family pictures for the first time in almost 10 years. They turned out pretty good, except that crazy wind that swept in and blew all the lovely ladies' hair in all sorts of ways.

Above is the entire Brent and Karla Wilson Family! and below are their beautiful children and spouses. I can't even keep track of how many there are anymore so count 'em if you care to know.All 22 grandkids... too bad the unborn three missed the picture.

We had a great time at the Wilson Family Reunion. Thanks again to all those who planned and put so much effort into making such a great time. We can't wait for the reunion next year!!!

4th Annual Simmons Family Lagoon Day

This year someone (huh hum... Kim) had a great idea to make matching shirts for the annual Lagoon day. After much stress, heartache, offensive emails, and hurt feelings, we finally decided that the Wii Miis was the way to go. Mike B. and Jeph definitely win the look-a-like contest with their Miis. I think they turned out rather well.

Jeph and I enjoying a ride on the swing. Matching shirts came in handy when trying to find each other, when getting in line and people realized they had cut in between out big group and would get out of our way, and when we matched all the lagoon workers and knew we were in the right place. Our day at Lagoon proved the shirts to be a good idea afterall. Maybe, JUST MAYBE, we'll brave the sweat and tears to design something new for next year.
